Greene Music of San Marcos CA, the exclusive Lowrey Organ Dealer of San Diego County, is offering “FOR SENIORS ONLY” the Lowrey Magic (tm) Organ Program, Music-Making & Wellness, Theme Classes, and Monthly organ Concerts & Workshops, featuring renowned concert artists for the enjoyment of Americans 55 and older.

The Lowrey Magic Organ Course consists of a ten-week semester, meeting one hour each week. Even if you’ve never played before, enroll in this exciting class. All music, materials and instruction are included. It’s terrific fun! You’ll play favorites like “Aloha Oe, Happy Birthday, and Marianne.” Graduates continue in our other ten-week classes.

The Music-Making & Wellness Project has demonstrated that playing music may improve health. Results of the study suggest that older people involved in organ classes experience: decreased levels of anxiety, decreased depression, decreased feelings of loneliness. Making music may significantly improve quality of life, feelings of well-being, relaxation and help to deal positively with stress.

Lowrey Organ Theme Class members meet once a week for one hour. Each week, you’ll receive one sheet of music on a given theme. For example, one month may be “Songs of Flowers,” another month “Songs of Great Cities,” etc.
